Why the SIM matters

A GPS tracker needs mobile connectivity to send positions to the platform. Cloud+SIM separates the tracker hardware from the managed SIM service.

The physical SIM/card can be purchased first. The recurring SIM subscription should start during activation, when the user links IMEI and ICCID or QR-code inside the app.
