What is included in the FULL Kit?
A configured wired GPS tracker, an Autotrack SIM and QR activation instructions.
Is the tracking subscription included?
No. The hardware kit is a one-time purchase. The subscription period is selected and paid during activation.
Can I use my own GPS tracker?
Yes. Choose Cloud if you use your own SIM, or Cloud+SIM if you need an Autotrack SIM.
Does the FULL tracker need installation?
Yes. It connects to the vehicle electrical system. Use a qualified installer if you are not comfortable with vehicle wiring.
What can I see in Autotrack?
The latest vehicle position and status, journey history, reports, notifications and shared access where available.
Where does the managed SIM work?
Managed SIM connectivity is focused on supported European countries. Check the coverage page before ordering.
Can I track several vehicles?
Yes. Several owned or shared trackers can be organised in the same account.
Can I track any person or vehicle?
No. You must own the vehicle or asset, or have clear authority to track it.
